CharaPlay - キャラプレイ (hereinafter referred to as "CharaPlay" or "the App") collects only the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide users with album registration and photocard viewing experiences.

1-1. Information Provided Directly by Users

• Email Address (Required): Collected for identity verification and account recovery purposes. Users will be clearly informed at the time of collection.
• Name and Profile Image (Optional): Collected for display purposes within the app, only when the user chooses to provide it.
• Address (Optional): May be collected in the future for merchandise sales purposes, only if the user voluntarily provides it.

1-2. Information Collected During QR Code Registration

• Album Information (e.g., Unique Album ID, Registration Timestamp)

  When a user registers an album via QR code, identifiers embedded in the QR code and the registration timestamp are stored on the server.

1-3. Information Collected Automatically During Service Use

• Device Information: In case of app errors, information such as device type, OS version, and app version may be transmitted along with error reports.
• Access Logs and Usage History: Collected for detecting abnormal access and improving the service through statistical analysis.
